Throughout 2024 and into 2025, Plaintiff experienced multiple health issues that ultimately forced her to take intermittent medical leave. Subsequent to requesting the protected leave, Defendant retaliated against Plaintiff and terminated her employment. Defendant allegedly denied Plaintiff employment opportunities, privileges, and wages under the Labor Code.
